Cofounder/Chief Executive Officer
As the founder of the Roots to Revenue Foundation, he is dedicated to supporting small, minority, and low-income businesses through financial tracking, social media management, website development, and other essential services. Barghavan is actively involved in business and leadership, serving as the LI business intern lead for team 24224, a Unique Care LLC intern, and a Relay for Life executive board member. He has a strategic mindset, excels in problem-solving, and takes on leadership roles in various projects.
Havish Paramatmuni
Cofounder/Chief Operational Officer
Junior at Alliance Academy for Innovation with extensive experience interning at businesses and working with nonprofits, founder of Roots to Revenue.
Srithansh Mundlapudi
Chief Technology Officer
Srithansh leads our technology initiatives, including developing machine learning models for businesses and maintaining the website.

Media/Connections Lead
Nandan Ranjith Kumar is the Vice President of Communications and Outreach at Roots to Revenue (RtR). He focuses on expanding the foundation's reach, managing communications, and building strong community connections.

Tech Assistant
Mithin is the Technology Assistant at Roots to Revenue (RtR). He supports Srithansh, the CTO, in developing AI and technology-based solutions, website building, and other technical initiatives.

Kijoo Park
Film Lead
Kijoo Park is the Vice President of Film at Roots to Revenue (RtR). He is passionate about video editing, filming, and creating impactful visual content to support the foundation's mission, while also assisting businesses with gaining more traction.
Kush Thumu
Action Team
Kush helps plan and facilitate meetings while supporting marketing initiatives through presentation development and outreach. Kush's experience as co-captain of his soccer team, his involvement in ChargeNorth, and his participation in the robotics club, along with his skills in design and public speaking, have helped him effectively contribute to RtR's efforts to assist small businesses in growing through effective planning, promotion, and communication.
Elijah Lee
Business Strategy
Elijah is the Business Strategy Lead of Roots to Revenue. He specializes in business consulting/scaling, marketing, and financial planning, providing entrepreneurs with tailored growth strategies and mentorship. With experience from serving as the CFO of Racquet Reach, scaling his own businesses, as well as years of experience in investing, he brings a strong perspective to business development.
